Sailorneptune
This is Michiru's first senshi form. Being a very powerful soldier, Sailorneptune can destroy enemies in one blow. Her fuku is plain but differs from those of the inner senshi by shorter gloves and ballet-like shoes. This form appears in Sailormoon S and lasts until the beginning of Sailormoon Sailorstars. The following is a list of Sailorneptune's powers.
Deep Submerge - Sailorneptune is seen using this attack quite often. As she stands above a sea of water, Sailorneptune raises her hands above her and spirals of water surround her. They form into a large orb to which she throws towards the enemy. The attack has all the power of a tidal wave. It first appears in episode 90.
Neptune Planet Power, Make Up! - Using this phrase, Michiru transforms into Sailorneptune. A ball of aqua light forms around her henshin stick as she raises it and draws a circle around her. In a splash of water, her fuku appears and she poses for the audience. First appears in episode 106.
Supersailorneptune
This is the upgraded version of Sailorneptune. Her greater power was given to her by Hotaru in order to win a losing battle. Changes to Supersailorneptune's fuku include longer ribbons on the back bow, a choaker with a star on it, transparent sleeves and a heart shape brooch on her chest. No transformation sequence has been seen in the anime and the transformation phrase appears only on Supersailorneptune's CD single.
Submarine Reflection - This attack actually appears in the Sailormoon SuperS movie, but is not used in the anime itself until Supersailorneptune makes her appearance. This attack consists of Supersailorneptune holding up her mirror and thrusting it outwards. The mirror glows and a beam of blue light comes forth and attacks the enemy.

Sailorneptune
Like the anime, this is Michiru's first senshi form. Sailorneptune's fuku is identical in both anime and manga. This form first appears in the Infinity series (Sailormoon S) of the manga, and lasts until the Dream series (Sailormoon SuperS).
Deep Submerge - Just like the anime, this is Sailorneptune's primary attack. No orb of energy is formed and Sailorneptune simply thrusts out her hand and sends powerful waves of water towards the enemy. First appears in act twenty-six.
Neptune Planet Power, Make Up! - The henshin phrase that Michiru uses to transform into Sailorneptune. Unlike the anime, no henshin stick is used. Michiru simply thrusts her hand in the air and calls out the phrase in order to transform. First appears in act twenty-seven.
Submarine Reflection - Unlike the anime, Sailorneptune has the ability to use Submarine Reflection at any time because she had her talisman from the start. Like the anime, she thrusts her Deep Aqua Mirror forward to send out an attack. First appears in act thirty-one.
Supersailorneptune
This is Michiru's second form and is more powerful than her previous. Like the anime, the only changes to the fuku include longer ribbons on the back bow, transparent sleeves, a choaker with a star on it and a heart shapped brooch on her chest. This form appears at the end of the Infinity series and lasts until the end of the Dream series.
Neptune Crystal Power, Make Up! - The manga shows Superailorneptune's transformation. She thrusts her hand into the air and calls out the phrase. She now uses a heart shaped brooch on her chest to transform into Supersailorneptune. First appears in act thirty-nine.
Sailorstarneptune
Not appearing in the anime at all, Sailorstarneptune is Michiru's third and final senshi form. It's the most powerful of the three. Many changes to the fuku include even longer ribbons on the back bow, a double-layered skirt, puffy sleeves, longer gloves and boots similar to EternalSailormoon's. Michiru gets this form at the end of the Dream series and keeps it to the end of the Sailorstars series.
Neptune Crystal Power, Make Up! - The same phrase to transform into Supersailorneptune is used to transform into Sailorstarneptune. Michiru now uses a star shapped brooch to transform. First appears in act fourty-two.
Submarine Violin Tide - Sailorstarneptune's attack. She plays her violin and water forms. The waves, even more powerful than those in Deep Submerge, are thrust towards the enemy. First appears in act fourty-three, and later appears in act fifty as Galactica Violin Tide when Sailorstarneptune becomes one of Galaxia's evil minions.
